I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on how to introduce myself, as I have so many layers to share. First and foremost, I am a woman. As a woman, I care deeply—whether it’s for the vulnerable, the innocent, or those who need support.
I believe in the power of sharing—whether it’s thoughts, ideas, or experiences. I’m often told that my insights are not only useful but spot-on.
I’m naturally curious and love hearing stories, whether they’re life stories or the lessons others have learned through their journeys. Everyone has a unique narrative, full of problems and solutions, and I find inspiration in each one.
My own journey has been rich with opportunities for growth, learning, and transformation. These experiences have shaped me and have given me the tools to help others evolve and thrive. I’m eager to share this knowledge with my clients in a variety of ways.
Here’s a bit of my professional background:
I’ve been a certified massage therapist since 2015, trained in Hungary, and have helped many dissolve muscle tension and relax their body and mind.
Since 2010, I’ve worked as a psychodrama trainer, leading group projects in the Erasmus program.
In 2023, I earned my certification in life coaching, and in 2024, I completed my diploma in hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a technique that uses hypnosis to help people with various physical, emotional, and psychological issues. It involves guiding a person into a relaxed, focused state—called a trance—where they are more open to positive suggestions, behavioural changes, and new ways of thinking.
In this state, the conscious mind is relaxed while the subconscious mind becomes more receptive to new ideas, helping to reframe thought patterns and reduce stress, anxiety, and certain negative behaviours.
In my sessions, I also use other tools such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Positive Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
