The course includes:

• Every morning there is a yoga or Qi gong class
• During the week every participant has a 3-hour spot in a program to introduce themself and their knowledge or venue
• Different kind of ecstatic dances on the evenings
• The venue has a 12×4 meter saltwater pool
• The participants will have one day off to explore Tenerife.

 
Casa El Riego in Guimar:

• Casa el Riego is a 120 years old Spanish house, the heart of an ecological finca with a big tropical garden nurturing local fruit trees and greens. It’s an ideal base for excursions. The garden features a 12x4m salted water pool and a common vegetarian guest kitchen both accessible 24/7.
  The venue has a rooftop terrace with a mesmerizing view of the ocean and the mountains. It also has an indoor practice space for the presentations, circles and practices.
• On the middle of the course you will go on a guided night hike on the Teide Vulcano/or hiking in Anaga National Park.
• Accommodation :
  You will be allocated in shared rooms in the main house
  wich has 6 twin rooms, each one with its own bathroom
  You will have 3 healthy ecological vegan meal every day.

 
What does not included:

• Flight ticket to Tenerife and back
• Transportation from the airport to the venue / it could be organised for additional payment/
• Food on the day off

The program:

The program is rooted in co-creation. Each day, there will be dedicated space for you to present your work, venue, or vision —whatever you feel inspired to share — and to connect with potential partners and collaborators. Each participant will have one dedicated time slot according to the nature of their offering.

For example, yoga sessions may take place before breakfast, while venue presentations are scheduled after lunch.
